There is nothing complicated to know about getting started with meditation. This is something that anyone can and should do, even in the comfort of your own home. Before you get started, the first thing you are going to want to do is prepare a calm, relaxed atmosphere. Some people might choose to light candles, sit on a comfortable cushion, and even listen to some relaxing ambient music.

Nervous breakdown is a condition used by the non-medical personnel to describe a stage of acute and severe mental stress, depression and anxiety disorder. Initially, the term was used to portray any psychological condition of a woman where she was unable to lead her normal life due to stress. She breaks down the reality and even attempt to suicide. Sometimes the condition requires hospitalization.
