Sometimes our skin gets itchy during changes in weather. The itching can be just limited to one part or it could be in all parts of the body. Itchy skin can also be accompanied with bumps. In general, itchy skin can be brought about by many things. One reason could by dry skin. When the weather is too cold, the air is too dry making your skin too dry causing it to be itchy. Skin asthma or eczema also brings about itchy skin.
