Pancreas is a small fleshy organ situated inside our abdomen behind the first part of small intestine and responsible for secretion of several hormones and enzymes. One of the fundamental jobs of pancreas is to maintain blood sugar level in our body besides secreting enzymes for digestion of protein and fat.
