Diabetes proves to be one of the common illnesses that plague the world population and which can cause of primary mortality or disability rate around the globe. It is sometimes undetectable that individuals afflicted with it go on with their daily routine. They think that they are healthy and far from being afflicted by any illness that can affect their work and lifestyle. But be aware. An individual may already be suffering from the illness but is only ignorant of the symptoms of diabetes.
This is usually the case. Many people are living their lives in complete confidence that there is nothing wrong their health. They go to the gym thrice a week and run several kilometers a week. It is only sooner or later that they find themselves surprised that they have or are afflicted with diabetes. This is the importance of being knowledgeable with the illness’s nature so as not to fall from the trap that his health is already in deep trouble caused by his ignorance.
Though there are many types of diabetes, there are common symptoms that an afflicted person will experience who have this kind of illness. Below are three most common symptoms for this illness.
-
Excessive Thirst – the weather is cool and not too hot, a person did not even engage himself from a extraneous activity that would make him dehydrated but he feel an insatiable thirst. This is one of the common symptoms if one has diabetes. One is always thirsty for absolute no reason at all.
-
Hungry all the time – a person has already had a heavy, large meal and yet after sometime, he still feels hunger for unknown reason. It is as if the meal he had consumed is not enough for a two-day meal fast.
-
Frequent Urination – more than the usual an individual will visit the john in excessive numbers to relieve himself. Then during the night, unexpected trip to the bathroom to pee is becoming a rule than an exemption.

the best way to manage diabetes is through Diet and Exercise. Food supplements like Alpha Lipoic acid helps in preventing nerve damage while Chromium helps in the regulation of blood sugar.
Diabetes today is mostly caused by a lifestyle that has less exercise and too much sugar. Diabetes can be easily avoided by just doing simple exercises each day like jogging and avoiding sugars. If you already have diabetes, exercise is still the best way to manage it. Food supplements like Charantia and Chromium also helps.
hi arthritisdiet,
if you had put your name in the name field, it would have been easy to address you,
anyways, welcome to healthcave and thanks for your comments,
i don’t think diabetes can be avoided by eating less sugar, diabetes is caused due to the less or no production of insulin which is something that has nothing to do with eating more or less amounts of sugar, however easy lifestyle is surely a problem,
i would recommend cycling, it produces insulin,
