- Lemon – Lemon is a natural remedy for scores of diseases – the hair loss being one of them. For falling hair, take a bowlful of fresh juice of lemon. Washing the hair with pure lemon juice is the best way of avoiding the unnecessary ‘deforestation’. After you wash your hair, apply your regular coconut oil.
If possible add some roots of a banyan tree in the lemon juice before applying. This will still make more effect than only applying the lemon juice. This process needs repetition. The repetition depends on the intensity of your hair loss.
- Coconut Oil – Use only coconut oil for your hair. I mean to say, do not use scented coconut hair oils. The oil that is scented has more chemicals in it – otherwise, how would it have that fresh fragrance. These chemicals, at the end of the day, prove harmful to you without your knowledge. Apply coconut oil finely to the scalp, mostly at night. The nocturnal period will give it more time to get into your skin and take good effect.
- Coconut Milk – After coconut oil, comes the coconut milk in helping prevent the hair loss. Coconut milk helps to improve the blood circulation around your head. The result is less of hair fall. The other good thing about using coconut milk is, it not only prevents hair loss, but also boosts hair growth.
- Amla – Many hair oil producing companies mention the use of amla in their products. Amla has proved to be a great hair loss preventer. Make smaller cuts of some amlas and mix them in coconut oil and give heat. It is not necessary to heat it to the boiling point. When you are done, say after, 30-35 minutes, let the solution cool down. Use it as natural and homemade oil.
- Neem Leaves – Neem leaves are to your aid as a means of natural help. A paste of neem leaves is what you need. Apply the mixture to the scalp with fingers in the same direction as the growth of the hair. Wash off, after keeping for around 10 to 15 minutes.
Most of these above mentioned natural remedies for hair loss are enough to give you better results. Meditation will help you de-stress and these remedies can take effect even faster.
