Before going to the remedies, do you know what gout is? Gout is a painful swelling near the parts of the toes, fingers and joints like that of the knees. Gout remedies are usually prescribed by a physician, unlike the over the counter drugs. The conception is not false on some occasions as there should be enough care taken while treating gout. In such doubtful cases, the natural remedies for gout come into play.

  • Get rid of the uric acid – Before you start the treatment for gout, removing the uric acid from your body is an important part of the natural healing taken for gout. Drink enough of the stinging nettle and horsetail tea. Consume enough of celery and mustard seeds. You should see that the uric acid levels have fallen in your body.
  • Munching Through Garlic Petals – To de-uric your body, munch through some petals of garlic. It should help you in controlling the increased level of the uric acid.
  • Vitamin C – Increase your intake of vegetables and fruits that are abundant in the vitamin C. The vitamin works like garlic and helps in reducing the uric acid levels. This is again repeated from the above. Remember, if the uric acid levels are not decreased, the treatment of gout gets difficult.
