    There are several typos here…….

    1. “there is no reason why you should let yourself dehydrated” IT SHOULD BE “let yourself dehydrate” OR “let yourself BE dehydrated.”

    2. “About 70% of our body is made up of water and from this we can understand how much important water is for us.” IT SHOULD BE “how important water is for us”

    3. ” before a meal will mean you stomach ” IT SHOULD BE “your stomach”

    4. “involving 20k healthy men and woman” IT SHOULD BE “women”

    5. “But this does not works with other liquid” IT SHOULD BE “does not work with other liquids”

    6. “throughout the day is just sufficient” IT SHOULD BE “is just AS sufficient”

    7. “Water is said to help people with joints pain” IT SHOULD BE “joint pain” OR “joint pains”

    8. “and keep it nice and clean” IT SHOULD BE “keeps it nice…”

    9. ” Kidney requires enough water to keep ” IT SHOUD BE “Kidneys require”

    10. “Drinking good amount of water” IT SHOULD BE “drinking A good amount….”

    11. “makes us feel a lot fresh and thus restores ” IT SHOULD BE “much fresher”

    12. ” also if you got headache ” IT SHOULD BE “if you get” OR “if you have”

    13. “This can make us even dehydrated ” IT SHOULD BE “even more” OR you could just take out even

These were just the major typos. There are several other minor mistakes in grammar and punctuation. Not well written at all!!

    • College says:

Where are you when I’m typing 10 page papers for college? Often our brian does not pick up simple grammar errors when it comes to correcting our own work. Overall great article!

      • uttoransen says:

In the real world, it is the information that matters, not grammar…

        • hariharan says:

Well said,We could still pick the information. Never mind the grammar.

          Overall your article is GOOD

        • nit picker says:

It depends on what part of the “real world” in which you operate. In the context of this article, I’m not bothered by the typos. It’s mostly a fluff piece that serves to inspire me to drink more water (which it does well). However, were it a resource providing definitive medical advice about anything outside the realm of “common sense,” I would not give much credence to a poorly edited article that lacks any research citations.

In the “real world” of my job in education, you are right that information does matter. But, poor grammar would likely interfere with credibility, and even job longevity.

      • nit picker says:

        “brian?” Brain, perhaps?

  10. Manish says:

    I’m noticing it’s good effects.
